1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 76jl06 Casino ("76jl06," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the 76jl06 website and its associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and promotional offers.

4 Account Security

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Currency: All transactions on the 76jl06 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposit Ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 76jl06 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from any promotion without prior notice.

9 Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 76jl06 content without prior written consent from 76jl06.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 76jl06's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension & Closure

76jl06 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player or a third-party responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from PAGCOR or other competent authorities.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Players may also voluntarily close their 76jl06 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deducting applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to verification.

Inactive accounts — those with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months — may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute relates to regulatory matters, it may also be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulations.

Nothing in this section shall prevent 76jl06 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
